The Staff Association of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College, University of Delhi, serves as a collective and representative forum dedicated to advancing the professional interests, welfare, dignity and rights of the members of the College community. Guided by the principles of solidarity, equity, mutual respect and democratic representation, the Association endeavours to provide an effective platform for articulating the concerns, aspirations and legitimate interests of its members. In consonance with the larger representative ethos of the Delhi University Teachers Association (DUTA), the Staff Association seeks to foster constructive dialogue with the College administration and to facilitate a fair, transparent, inclusive and supportive institutional environment. It remains committed to standing with its members in matters concerning their professional, academic, administrative and welfare-related interests, while promoting collegiality, mutual cooperation and a shared sense of institutional responsibility. Through informed representation, meaningful engagement and collective endeavour, the Association strives to strengthen the culture of fairness and dignity within the institution and to contribute towards the creation of a harmonious, progressive and academically vibrant environment in which every member is valued, heard and empowered to contribute meaningfully to the growth and excellence of the College.
