S.G.N.D. Khalsa College has a long and illustrious tradition in sports dating back from its very inception. Some of the aimsthat the Department of Physical Education strives to achieve are to evolve students in a wholesome manner through physical activities and develop their knowledge of movement and safety along with their ability to use this knowledge to perform wide range of activities associated with healthy lifestyle.Traditionally individual games had an edge over team games, with the institution winning national laurels in both weight-lifting and power-lifting, but now the college excels both in the individual and team games. Many of our students have represented Delhi University in North Zone Intervarsity Championships and All India Intervarsity in various games.
