The Placement Cell of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College is a student-led body that works as a vital link between the Institution and the Industry. Founded in the year 2012, it plays a key role in preparing students for the corporate world by promoting professionalism and efficiency. Comprising a diverse student team and diligently guided by the Faculty, the Cell adapts to evolving industry demands and offers a range of internships and placement opportunities. Known for its high standards across Delhi University, it fosters strong industry partnerships and regularly hosts seminars, workshops, and expert sessions to enhance students' professional development and exposure.

The Placement Cell successfully conducted its recruitment process for the 2024-25 session, navigating multiple interview rounds. The initiative commenced with a GMAT preparation webinar, offering valuable insights into personalized study plans and test strategies. In September, the Cell, in collaboration with IQAC, hosted a LinkedIn workshop designed to help students optimize their profiles, expand their professional networks, and explore career opportunities effectively.

Subsequently, a resume-building webinar was organized with Mr. Abhishek, an IIM alumnus and EY Consultant, equipping students with the skills to craft impactful resumes. Additionally, the Placement Cell facilitated numerous internship drives, welcoming esteemed companies such as KPMG, D.E. Shaw, R1 RCM, Bajaj Capital, AON, and Decathlon.

One of the highlights of this session was the fourth edition of our annual Placement Fair 4.0, which witnessed a remarkable footfall of over 500 students. The event was a resounding success, featuring participation from 20+ reputed companies offering 15+ diverse job profiles, providing students with a wide array of career opportunities.

With ongoing efforts, several internship and placement drives are scheduled for the coming days, ensuring students gain access to premier career opportunities. In the current session, over 30 students have successfully secured internships across various organizations, while more than 35 students have been permanently placed.

Our commitment remains steadfast in maximizing placement opportunities by the end of this semester, enabling aspiring candidates to gain valuable industry exposure and embark on their professional journeys with confidence.
